Modded inkjet Printer prints out PCBs - This 8-Bit Life

Instructables user [pourcirm] has managed to mod an Epson Inkjet Printer to print out etch-resistant ink onto copper clad boards for later etching. He’s also created a nice intsructable here so that you can follow along and build your own. The build is pretty simple at the moment, it is functional for now in that it will print to a board but he must first warm the board with a heat gun and then manually slide the tray holding the board into place. I’d love to see some iteration on this, maybe something in the way of automation. But this is still really cool. Check out his video of it in action below.
